The Touch Skin Plasma Device is an innovative medical device that was designed as alternative to certain surgical Procedures. It uses the ionisation of the gases in the air to form plasma, This Forms a small electrical arc that treats problematic areas – without spreading unwanted heat to the surrounding skin.
Local Anaesthetic cream is applied before commencing treatment to minimise pain and this make the treatment virtually painless. The procedure can feel hot in certain places and there can be a tingling and burning sensation after treatment.
After the treatment you may get Brown/Black Spots but more of a burn type. Swelling is extremely common often last a few days especially around the eye area. The area will normally be red and warm straight after the treatment and can be pretty tender after the treatment.
Scabbing or crusting can occur and it is important to keep this area clean dry and protected.
The Touch Skin Plasma device works by gently touching the surface of the skin with the end of a special needle. The Needle never penetrates the skin! The procedure works by the non-ablative process of Sublimation. By this plasma is formed through Ionisation of atmospheric gas which stimulates the contraction, shortening and tightening of the skin fibres. This procedure results in reduction of skin surface.
Reduction of skin folds and creases appear straight away (blepharoplasty, wrinkle and fine lines). Tiny dark brown spots appear where individual shots have been fired during treatment and these normally flake off a few days (up to 2 weeks).
Swelling is extremely common can be more visible around the eye area. It is extremely important to let scabs and spots fall of naturally (no picking or scratching of scabs/spots) as this can cause infection and scarring.

Touch Skin Plasma treatment doesn’t hurt. Before treatment toppical anaestetic will be applied, which will cause numbing sensation and will eliminate pains during the process.
Touch Skin Plasma works by touching the surface of the skin with the tip of special type of needle but the skin is never penetrated.
Following Treatment little brown spots may appear, swelling and redness is common and can last several days. Swelling can be quite significant around the eyes. you may experience tingling or burning sensations. I have always been quite athletic, but recently due to injury I have been unable to train and as a result my chest and Abs have gone a little lumpy.
