The data we collect about you

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

If you fail to provide personal data

The Estetika Clinic website logs information to provide you with the best possible user experience and allow us insight into consumer behaviour. You can browse our site without entering any personal information, and therefore remain anonymous during your visit. However, the enquiry form asks for personal information such as name, email address and telephone number to enable us to reply or send out the requested information.

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

To register you as a new client : we will use identity and contact data, this is to enable us to book and fulfil your appointment.

To process and deliver our services to you :  we will use identity, contact, financial, transaction and treatment data, this is to enable us to fulfil our legitimate business including taking payment.

To manage our relationship with you : we will use identity, contact, transaction, marketing and treatment information.  This is to fulfil our legitimate business in providing you with a treatment or service or to comply with a legal obligation.

Marketing

We will not share your personal data with any third party and will seek your consent before sending you any Estetika Clinic marketing communications.

We may use your Identity, Contact and Client Profile data to form a view on what we think may be of interest to you. You can opt-out of receiving marketing from us at any time by contacting us at ipsita@estetikaclinic.co.uk or via the unsubscribe link in any of our marketing emails.

We use Google Analytics cookies for the purposes of understanding the performance and behavior of visitors to our website.  These cookies are anonymous and no personal data is captured or stored by Estetika Clinic.
